This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Mozart (the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Huzzaz, LLC. The Application is a video app that gives users a way to watch curated playlists of videos and save videos to their own personal playlists.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this policy, as modified from time to time. If this policy is not acceptable to you, please do not use the Application.

What kinds of information do we collect?

Huzzaz, LLC does not collect any information from which users can be personally identified nor do we employ any technology that is aimed at identifying a user’s personally identifiable information.

Huzzaz, LLC may measure the performance of the Application to maintain, improve, and customize it in favor of our users. By using the Application, we may automatically collect and temporarily store the following information about your device and your visit:

• Device attributes such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser types, app and file names and types, and plugins;
• Network and connections information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, IP address, connection speed, and information about other devices that are nearby or on your network;
• Anonymized information on user interactions with the Application, such as the date and time you downloaded and used the Application, how long you spent using the Application, and which videos you watched and/or saved on playlists; and
• Performance measurements of the Application, such as date and time of software crashes.

How do we use this information?

We use all information we collect to help create and improve the performance and user experience of the Application. We may use information about you for statistical, design, or operational purposes such as to estimate our audience size, to measure aggregate traffic patterns and/or to and understand trends among our users (“Aggregated Data”).

We do not sell, rent, lease or disclose information that identifies you individually or makes it possible for other parties to contact you. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries.

How is this information shared?

We do not share your device attributes, network and connections information, performance measurements, or Aggregated Data with third parties.

How can I manage or delete information about me?

We store information until it is no longer necessary to provide our services to you or until you delete the Application from your device.

How Do I Opt-Out?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

The Application is intended for a general audience. However, it is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Application.

How do we notify you of changes to this policy?

We may update the policy from time to time and may notify you to give you the opportunity to review the revised policy before you choose to continue using the Application.
